Small maintenance repairs using ordinary minor materials and hand tools.
Priority scheduling when service slots are available.
Two-story or higher: +$50.00/mo hazardous access add-on.

Roof + Gutter Care

$129.99/month

Complete exterior protection and drainage clearance.

Includes all Roof Tune-Up plan benefits.
As-needed gutter cleaning when debris affects drainage.
Minor gutter tune-ups and accessible downspout clearing.
Two-story or higher: +$50.00/mo hazardous access add-on.

Protective Terms & Exclusions

Maintenance Only

This agreement covers routine maintenance only and does not replace insurance, warranties, or separate repair contracts. No guarantee of leak prevention.

Excluded Items

Valleys, chimneys, storm damage (hail, wind, acts of God), major leak repairs, structural work, underground drains, fascia repair, or anything requiring significant labor or materials.

Term & Cancellation

Initial term of 12 months. You must complete the first 3 full months before you are eligible to cancel. Early cancellation fee equal to 35% of remaining scheduled charges applies if canceled before 12 months.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access to the roof, exterior, and gutters (including gates unlocked and pets secured). Keep the property free from hazards that could prevent safe service.
